    A buddy of mine does a great job. If I buy all the paint and stuff, he'll do it for $1000. I can get a gallon of the paint from work for $70

    He is painting everything, door jams, under hood, rear bumper, and grille. Fixing dent and scratches. For paint, activator, hardener and a good clearcoat, it will only cost me $250 from where I work. Then i'll have 1250 in a badass paint job

    So he is gonna peel the interior out and rip the fenders off and all that? For 1000?

    Hmm

    Sounds like one of those thing where if it sounds to good to be true..then it is.

    I wouldn't paint it. So many other things you could do with that money. Rear bumper for instance.

    Or mid travel.

    Monte, question for you on the CVT cover.

    Mine is set up so that the zipper is on the back, left, and front side. With the tubing on the right side.

    I see everybody else has theirs set up so that the tubing is on the left side. On particular difference?

    The tubing should be where ever the break is on the tent.

    So all the difference is is which side the tent opens on. My opens driver side therefore my tarps tubing is on the driver side. Where that tubing is at in the frame is where the annex tubing goes.

    Dang, I'll have to change mine around then haha

    I have mine opening up to the driver side of the truck. But my tubing is on the passenger side. Makes sense the more I think about it though...

    Oh, yea..not sure how you could even close it..the zipper on the tent only has 3 sides and if what your saying is true..you shouldn't be able to zip up the tarp and the tubing wouldn't be in the frame at all..

    Not sure what you mean... My zipper was attached to the black cover. I removed it from the cover, ran it through the slides on the rear, driver, and front side and then zipped the cover back on to the other half with the tubing on the passenger side.

    I'll get pics later. May be something they've changed since yours.
