I actually rattled can my rack black, so in that case I would just sand down the rails to bare metal and get you new crossbars. Get me your measurements from centerline to centerline of your thule tracks on the topper. I will get some pictures of how it is mounted for you this afternoon.

Measured in two locations: just in front of the forward towers and just behind the rear towers. Center of slot to center of slot. Both are exactly 37".

I contacted them about it and price per foot of the custom anodized was reasonable. However, the cost for the die and the requirement for the minimum initial quantity were the problem. $2500-3000 for the die, and then the initial run had to be like 500 feet which comes out to be like 20 racks which is just shy of all that I have sold now.

Picked up all the rails for current order this morning! They turned out great. To those who had made custom requests you will not be disappointed. In fact, I am a little jealous.

Zach, Where did you get the black plastic windscreen. I'm looking to buy a larger piece for some custom work. I left my rack raw aluminum and installed stainless screws and washers since the black ones started to rust after about 2 days. Coastal air is a nightmare on everything!!

BTW....I've had about a dozen compliments on the rack since I installed it about a month ago. People really dig it.

I'm considering one for my leer camper shell. Do you drill all the way through the shell? I would assume so, but that freaks me out a little.

If you have the thule tracks installed already then no, the rack mounts to them. If you don't have them then you would have to drill to mount the rack directly to the shell, or drill to mount the thule tracks.

This rack is officially my favorite mod. Did an oil change and service manager asked me where I got it. Everywhere I go someone asks about it. :D

Ha ha! Your grill is my second favorite! :D wasn't sure how I'd like the paint job at first but I've had a lot of compliments on it so far.
