If someone is on the search for a new protein I am putting my vote in for MP Combat Mint Chocolate Chip flavor. It is a BB.com exclusive right now, but gawt damn is it good. Not so thick and actually tastes good.

After crunching the #'s, 10 lbs of MP protein is .78/serving and ON is .75/serving. This .03 difference is worth trying it. When I run out of ON in a few weeks, I'm trying it. If it sucks, I'm blaming you!

Sorry, very slow day at work

I was all Optimum, but have been MP for my last few tubs. Some stuff I didn't like some I did. I know some people don't like mint and stuff, but if mint chocolate chip sounds good to you you'll love it. I'm really liking it. I think it might be the only protein I have drank other than ON Chocolate Casein that I actually enjoy drinking and don't have to just chug.

I've never had an ON flavor that I didn't like, although double chocolate and strawberry are my 2 favorites. I'm open to anything, so I'll give it a try. I've never heard anything bad about MP and I love Assault, so I'm sure it'll be good.

In other news, I was trying to talk myself into buying a multivitamin b/c I only eat one serving of vegetables (broccoli) and one serving of fruit (banana) per day, but I just can't do it. After reading and reading, I just can't 100% come to a conclusion that multi's actually work.

Do not get Combat Triple Berry. The Orange Creamsicle was good for the first tub, I was over it by the second.

Side note: My weight is at about 212 and my bf% (per the machine) is 14.4%... I was 230 lbs and 19.6% the beginning of April

That's how I am with all protein...by the end of the tub, I'm so over it. Right now, I'm on ON vanilla and am absolutely sick of it. I've started mixing peanut butter and a banana with it to make it bearable. I'll probably get banana creme MP

Hell yeah on the bf%! I did mine yesterday and was 12% even, down from 15% in March. I'm really wanting to get around 9%, but I'm not disciplined enough. I like dem beers too much lol

I feel the same way. I've got a bottle of Multi's but I never take them.

I went through a bottle of ON's Opti-men and the only thing it did was turn my piss this cool-looking lime green color. Waste of damn money.

When I am back home I follow their program quite often. If you follow it correctly and know the weight you should be using it is pretty damn painful. I saw gains using it but I am also a novice with the lifts. I would say give it a shot for a week and see how you feel about it. If I remember right they have multiple programs available for free on the site. I will be going back on it when I get home.

That's what's kind of making me want to. It's not gonna hurt anything, but I just hate spending money on shit that doesn't do anything.

Might want to remember that when you go to order a 10lb jug of MP. I'm the same way with protein. I'll try a fancy flavor, and be tired of it after one week. Luckily I buy them in the small tubs. Dropping $$$ for 10lbs of protein you haven't tried is risky business.

I haven't switched proteins in forever. My current stuff taste great, so I'm in no rush to explore. My brother came home the other day though with a giant tube of some new flavor b/c he heard it taste awesome. Pure garbage. Not even sure he finished it before going to buy a different flavor.

I liked to buy unflavored protein in bulk and then mix one scoop of flavored with the unflavored. Saves the tasty protein and keeps the sweetness turned down a notch.

most of the time it's just chicken in the crockpot with italian dressing, but those days when your carb is low and fats are high steak is awesome.
