Like I said, I'm sure you'd be welcome. Even if you just rode with someone once you were out there and found out how challenging it is for a 2wd. I just wanted you to be aware of how much jack you'd be spending to find out the place isn't very 2wd friendly. Being the super cheap person I am, it'd hurt my feelings if it was me. On the other hand, if you just plan to ride with someone, you don't have to pay the 25 bones to get in...but then you get bit real hard by the 4WD bug. :D

Had a great time, wonderful group to wheel with.

As soon as photo bucket finishes uploading I'll post a bunch of pics.

It was good to meet you to, Fredo. Even though it wasn't a good day for the Odd Green Taco with two busted CV axles--which I'm fully blaming Eric for, since that shit didn't happen when he was there :p --I had a great time and made it home without incident. Gotta love manual hubs. :D

And I'm definitely giving mega no-fear props to Adam. He used good sense and didn't try some stuff, but he still did some impressive things with his stock TRD-OR. Way to go, Adam. I'm looking forward to wheeling with you again.

I have to say this Citrus trip was a lot more intense than the January meet. After most of the gang headed out, around 2 PM or so, Guy, Adam, and I did a little exploration of Trail 11B (the graveyard trail) on the south side of Stage Coach. We stayed on the legal part, so I'm guessing we didn't get back to where the Jeeps on 40s were having problems, but it still had a couple of pretty intense spots. Not terribly challenging traction-wise, since I made it through the most intense lines with a inop front-end with two busted CV axles and an open rear diff, but they definitely had a little pucker factor with how far the truck was leaned over and how close the sheetmetal was to the wall.

I had a great time wheeling with you guys today and hopefully the Odd Green Taco will be back in fighting trim for the next event.

edit: I can hardly wait to see the pics and vids from today. They should be pretty awesome. I know Rick caught both my CVs breaking on video.

No problem. :p Hopefully it won't become a trend. It's really astounding that they survived Hardrock only to break at Citrus. I should never have jinxed myself before we even got out there by saying I wasn't worried about breaking them. :(
