Congratulations on your Aliner scout! I just bought a new "Classic" custom configured from the factory, but it is back in IN. (Was 3K cheaper than if I bought it here in the NW). So my sister-in-law fetched it from Ohio, last week and we will be heading to IN to pick it up in two weeks. Looking forward to the road trip. Have reservations in Glacier NP on the way back to Puget Sound. Will post Picts once I return.

Just got the RTT last week and did one night test run for Father's Day at North Fork Campground on North Fork of American River in Tahoe NF.
Fun for all. Great little campground. Abundant wild trout (small but beautiful). Great weather and the family.
Getting in some practice runs preparing for week long adventure to Yellowstone first week in Sept.

I'm looking at camping there. Any details on the camp ground? What were you catching the trout on?

First camping trip with my 2 mo. old. Camping with two little kids is a challenge so you'll have to excuse the tame campsite.

Went camping this past weekend with the good ol inlaws. Nothing too extreme but had a good time none the less. Father in law has the black Tacoma beside mine:

This guy in the red Taco was parked beside us as well:

Duck walking around. Shortly after a rather large stork landed in front of us as well:

Went fishing and got this guy:

And also this little guy, he was a fighter :D:

I never keep my fish though. Always catch and release. Don't care for seafood to be honest.

It's a great little site. If you can get #10 it's a nice one but any of the ones between #6 and 16 are good too. River right next to campground. Hike down river just a bit for swimming hole under water fall. Farther down you go better fishing gets. Small trout on small copper or gold or silver spinners or spoons. Check regs.

This is funny. I remember seeing you folks too. Figured you were probly laughing at my tires...still stock originals until they wear out.
Fun campground. Hope we can get back there this year sometime.

    Good camping!
