right on buddy! I'm pretty set on getting a Pelfreybilt plate bumper and putting two D2s (spot) in the fog lights. I have FXR 3.0 retrofits so I think the spot D2s would be pretty good compliments to the headlights. I'm not sure I need a 20" led bar at all :notsure:

where's the best place to get a road force tire balance here in san diego? or is there a places here that do them at all? google is no help and I don't feel like calling every single tire shop in town.

    Yes
I've been having a ton of issues with tires Discount has not been able to balance since January. They kept saying they are balanced perfectly and I kept leaving hitting the highway and getting a serious shake over 50 mph. Went back to them multiple times and they kept saying the tires were balanced. I jacked up the truck and could clearly see that the tires were out of round when I spun them. I went back again and asked them to break the beads and rotate them on the rims etc and they refused to do it. They kept telling me the machine says they are fine.

I gave up on the Encinitas store and went to the Solana Beach location and told them the whole story and they told me Discount Tire in Encinitas and Solana Beach have both removed their road force machines recently...apparently they all are. I couldn't get a straight answer as to why but heard a rumor they changed management or ownership recently ? Seems nuts to remove a machine that you already have though huh ? 4WP just added road force machines but even if you buy tires from them and purchase their rotate and balance service they still charge $40 for the service !?

well shoot. after my trip to Kansas and back I keep having a lot of vibration between 40-50mph and I think I've either got a broken belt in one of the front tires or they're just outta balance.

The discount tire here in poway will do it. Road force always cost vs the balance that you get with lifetime.

You know, it's still an unknown thing but the tire beads are excellent for balance and I am going to definitely apply for them again. They are always on point even when they swear to the world they aren't, it's pretty much a 1 time balance.

What do you mean by apply? I've been thinking about doing it with my new tires and wheels. And who says that they do work?
