I also installed the wireless control module for the winch. Works like a charm. Still gotta pick up my hi-lift, d-rings, and Viair compressor this weekend.

Hopefully within the next couple months ill throw on some Icon COs and UCAs up front and eventually add an ARB locker and rear bumper/tiregate. Still debating on a dual battery setup as well. Then ill get a roof rack with a solor panel and I think I decided to go with a 40" single row on the roof rack to be more low profile.

 

you should have just done the winch switch instead of the wireless.

 

Pretty sure you can just unplug it from the winch and plug in the hard line controller if anything went wrong with the wireless.

 

Oh and also Im still missing my wheelers bumps. They will be in this week. had them fabbed up so that they will bolt right into the flip kit plate that was pre drilled as well. Should be nice. Right now it rides WAY smoother than I expected. Lowered the 5100s to .85 just to compensate for the extra weight up front and its smoother than before. Also the rear is surprisingly soft too. I expected a rougher ride but the only thing that made it more rough was the tires

 

yeah its not a permanent setup. It can still be controlled by the hardline remote and i can still add in cab controls as well. So if it fails im still good with the plug in remote

Yeah thats what I had in mind. I thought something smaller like the pic below but install it on the center consol below the shifter next to the cupholder.

 

Truck came out awesome dude crazy how the first gen leafsprings install on my buddy mikes truck took almost as long as your whole install ,,,, stupid seized bolt haha

You got to hook me up with one of these switches for my winch lol

 

I know that thing took all day haha. His truck is SO high in the rear now!

you dont need the wire kit with it. You can customize the switch cover color, led color, engraving text, button color, and all that stuff

 

This is awesome I am going to order it is this all I need to order to make it work

 

Speaking of winch switches here in mine.

 

Its expensive but looks pretty cool. Youll need wire but we can get that later for much cheaper than the $33 they want for the kit
