I know how it got wet, but not how rain managed to get in there...

Where the hole is in the tent for the hinge point of the whole tent is where the water came from. But that whole side is sealed off by the cover. So I'm confused...

might be time we all got sent an email with an eta for our tents? everyone has a huge chunk of money tied up here and we are all just left in the dark as to when our tent could come? I ordered towards the end so am I even going to see a tent this summer?

    Just a thought.

I second this. I called a month ago and was told the chances were high I'd have it for Memorial Day. That's now past, no big deal there since there wasn't a promise...but now I'm wondering if I'll even have it for the July 4th trip I had planned?!?!

This is depressing and my patience is running out.

Both your phone mailboxes are full Bobby so I can't even whine there.

I agree. I tied up plenty of money months ago. I know Bobby is great to all who talk to him but I guess the situation is what sucks for me. 5 camping trips so far this year and sleeping on the ground.

Is there a video or instructions anywhere on how to install the annex to my Mt. Bachelor? I was having a heck of a time and gave up. I have a feeling I won't be using it often but I would like to know.

Unfortunately the Mt Bachelor doesn't have the zipper around the top. It requires you to thread all 4 walls through the tracks. A zipper would be nice though...Anyone with a bachelor have tips/reccomendations?

I asked about delivery schedules and what came on the most recent container and received no response (container arrived three weeks ago and I asked a week ago).

Bobby may be the nicest guy on the planet, and I'm sure everyone who already has a tent is highly enamored of him. But the communication (i.e. regular updates, expected delivery times) has been *absolutely horrible*. I'm sorry for being blunt, but there really is no other word for it.

Talked to bobby today. For those of you waiting for rainiers, The next shipments of rainiers doesn't land until the beginning of next month. They had an issue with the rainiers from the last shipment actually being hood's.

Just an update as I know everyone that is still owed a tent is anxious for it. That is completely understandable.
The 2 other containers that were suppose to land this month will now be arriving in July. With the first container landing the first week on shore and the second landing the 3rd week of July. I know this has been a huge inconvenience as done of you have planned trips around this. We are doing our best to accommodate everyone. The last container sent us the opposite on a few styles of tents. With these we actually sent our the wrong ones to some. Also others were shipped out wrong on purpose to make some if their trips.
I truly am sorry for the lack of communication with this order. I thought we would have them all here by now and most could make their trips. My communication with you has sucked and for that I am sorry. I could go on all day about it but in the end I have failed keeping up with it all. All of the orders will be filled on July as we have plenty to cover what is left.
We have finally got caught up on some if the paperwork. As for the reason for it taking awhile outside of the delays on containers. We finally have the last total for March quantity of tents sold. 293 Tents.
I will do my best to keep up with all communication.
    Sincerely,

    Bobby
