Drilling new mounting holes for my hybrid transfer case skid. It's a pain in the ass to drill through these frames and all of the other 1/4" plates. A short drill bit and a floor jack do take some of the pain out of it though. ary4uha8_8f3a781e5d994f5a09c04ae2f968f61e5ffe9c00.jpg

I also installed rivnuts in the cross member to hold the center of the skid.

Now that all of the holes are drilled its time for some welding.

Seriously, what did you use to clean that engine bay that good? I was thinking of getting a steam cleaner...

LCE headers, King 2.5 Coilovers w/ res, TC UCA's, King resi's in rear, Geared to 4.88, rear locker, Timbren Bump stops, All Pro Leafs, Carrier bearing drop kit, ARB onboard air,
Bought a full size spare and rerouted my exhaust to just point downward so my tire would fit in the original spot.

Then finished mounting, wiring and running my airlines for my new ARB compressor

Put a Tee in so I have air on both the driver side and passenger side on the rails right in between the front and rear tires.

Because I didn't want the exhaust to melt the airline, I wrapped in pipe insulation and tucked it under the heat shield.

I want to get little covers for the quick connects so they don't get full of sand and mud. I'm stoked on how everything came out!!!

Replaced my stock (but painted) Off-road wheels with a set of black TRD "Beadlocks" that I practically stole off a friend (sold for $250). Rattle-can bed-linered the beadlocks black and left the bolts silver. Wasn't expecting the backspacing to be different, but the wider stance is a plus! I like!

Removed bedside stickers to prep for new ones coming. Good exterior cleaning (303'd the tonneau, other plastics). Blacked out the emblem.
Thought about powder coating the steps black (they are grey now).
