    Weird. I've never had water get in mine...either from rain or when I'm washing the truck. Did you check the travel cover over and make sure the seams are all sealed up? And the little velcro flappy things that cover the ends of the zipper were closed too?

    Yup, everything was closed.

    But, somebody showed my today that on the website they mention that you should spray it lightly with water so that the thread they use to sew the tent will expand and create a better seal.

    I miss understood you before. I thought the tent was open while it was raining and it got wet through the Velcro flap to cover the hinge. My tents have never got wet when packed.

    We rolled in Friday and it was maybe 2/3 full. A note on the bathroom said showers were converted to quarters to "encourage water conservation and generate revenue for our beautiful state parks". Meanwhile, the golf course next to the park was as green as green can be. The parks are just giant patches of asphalt, foxtails, and weeds. They charge $35/night.

    I'll leave my comments too these.

    I was told not to but to spray it down with water to let the fabric swell and seal. I did put some repellant stuff on the rainfly but not the main body of the tent
