Hit Pismo this weekend. Good times! I don't know how anyone camps there. There's sand in places...we stayed up in Morro Bay.

I wondering your guys opinion. I have a set of Tundra Total Chaos UCA's I got in a deal that I'm looking to sell. They need new uniballs and I'm trying to decide if I should replace the uniballs then sell or just sell as is. I'd probably get more for them with new uniballs and the uniballs are easy to replace but I'm not sure how much more compared to selling as is. I know 1st gen Tundras don't have the biggest aftermarket appeal.

Not bad for a offroad tire. Reason I ask is just from seeing pics on peoples build threads etc it seemed like they went fast.

As with any tire, I think it depends a lot on how you drive both on and off road as well as how you care for the tire.

I looked at several tires-all had the same comments. Plus, driving off-road, we ride on low pressure and sometimes spin the tires mercilessly-that affects wear in that you might rub 10's of miles off on an obstacle.

I guess the answer is "well see" :D I hope some decent mileage.

I'm reaaaally contemplating 35s with my next set, but not sure if I want to deal with all of the clearance issues

Me too. I'm not too worried about clearance, just don't want to loose what little leg room i have. My main concern is lack of power without re gearing.

I've regeared to 4:56, so I think I'l be good if I do go with 35s. But I know Alex (sytfu510), for example, rubs a ton when we go wheeling. On the street won't be too much of an issue.

Yeah, you should be good. 2nd gens have more clearance right?

I would rub the shit out of the wheel wells if I didn't tub it. As for now re gearing for me isn't an option, so 33s would be the most i would want to go.
