$1,200 in stamps? Hate to see the bill on what they're for. You gonna post up some NFA goodness pics?

Edit: Then again, I have either four or five pending currently but they're staggered so 1) I can't remember how many I have and 2) it doesn't seem like as much when you do it that way. lol

Six suppressors for the trust! Filed 2 then 4 more and all were approved together. Have to wait for tomorrow or wed to pick up. 1 Osprey 9mm, 1 surefire 556, 2 Spectre IIs and 2 22Sparrows, 1 white, 1 black. Yup, little heavy on the 22 cans but they will be used on 5.7x28, 22 mag, and a cornucopia of 22lr's. .308 is next with at least one SBR lower after that. Trying to get everything in before any changes are made. First payment was accepted Jan 26 I think....so....133? Days on efile. Not bad at all IMO.

Edit: Yes it was a chunk, but its hard for me to think of a better way to spend money, right?

Nothing crazy just getting it ready to poke some ground hogs with this summer. Actually won this over the weekend from a raffle I bought at a gun bash about a month ago. Picked a .223 and put the scope and bipod on it when I picked it up.

That's they key to it IMO. My first one years ago I was thinking about it constantly and that was back when it only took a few months but it seemed to take forever. Now I just buy something, send off the paperwork and then forget all about it. Then one day, a year or two later... Christmas in the mail! :D

Just curious why so many 22 cans? Anymore my 30 cal guns are what I end up shooting the most. My osprey45 and spectre ii have been used in months. My tbac 30-p1 and 762-sdn6 get used pretty much every range trip (well at least one of them at least)

So I don't have to move them around as much. Two of them will be pretty much dedicated to individual guns. The Sparrow and Spectre are multi caliber 22lr thru 5.7x28mm. One of the Spectres will likely end up on a P90 or AR57 SBR build with the AR57 needing it to clear the handguard.

I know a guy that just did this with his M&P15-22... he cut the barrel to 4.5" and the rail slightly and the suppressor sits almost entirely inside of the rail. Why I don't know. Two tax stamps for a glorified 22LR pistol doesn't make the most sense to me but hey.. it doesn't have to either.

    I'm jealous of your stamps.
Never seen an AR57 before, I'll have to check it out.

They are interesting. 50rd capacity if your locality allows. Recoils like a 22lr and hits harder than a 22WMR.

Good choice. Was on my short list. The oddball looks and low profile of the Osprey won me over. Standard 9mm loads?

147 grainers. Should be subsonic. Might load some heavier/slower at some point to see what happens.

Badass NFA pickup, by the way. You're all set! I love my Spectre. Been thinking about doing the $200 upgrade but for $600 all in I might just pick up another.
