So how is everyone's day going? Mine is lazy, got some platelets and blood yesterday, tons of fun. Now I'm stuck in bed only moving my legs, not allowed up yet.
So who's doing something exciting?

 

not here... I'm at work... stuck in a chair... only moving my fingers....

I put in turf and rubber mulch in my daughters play area. And planted a tree.... Sod tomorrow!! Hope you feel better.

 

Busy for me. I was up early with several service calls
As far as exciting, I can honestly say I made the world a safer place to live, or at least a few parts of it.

Then I crawled under the truck for a few and I think I have an easy plan to slightly re-locate my upper shock mounts to allow more droop and not interfere with stuffage, e-brake cable and existing stock spare tire mount, if that made any sense. IE: The shocks need moved, but I got crap in the way that I'm not wanting to relocate at this time.


Right now I'm invoicing.
Then off to the bank.
After that, ACE Hardware for a couple of grade 8 bolts for the truck...

 

I'm working in cleaning out my dad's garage. Going through a lot of old boxes and donating stuff. Need to make room to move all my junk in there.

Btw, there is a Dirt Riot event happening at Ram Off-road Park in the springs on Saturday if anyone is interested in going. I figure it might be a good meet n greet opportunity. Any interest?

 

If I'm out of here by then I am totally down for that. Where in the springs is that? I've never heard of it.

 

Better. My mom's chemo treatment Wednesday must be having an effect because she's feeling better and was even allowed to leave the hospital last night. Here's to hoping that this chemo is finally the one we've been searching for for over 7 years now for a long-term solution. Hopefully she keeps getting better during this round of chemo. It feels good to get some good news finally.

 

It's down hwy 94 near Peterson AFB. About 9 miles down it, east of the springs.


They used to have some kick ass XRRA events there but that died for some reason. I wish they'd do W.E.Rock events there, it's the same people as Dirt Riot, but more like XRRA but they don't. Who knows why.

I hope this is it too, seems like so much and so much time. It's good to hear she is out of the hospital.

sounds good. ill be out there about june 30, in a hotel for a couple days until i find a place to live. lookin down in fountain. cant wait to get back out there. was out there last summer tdy for 4 months but didnt have my truck

She's happy to be out and home and so hoping that the boost in her spirits also helps to boot the healing. Looks like we bought some more time if nothing else.

 

If you move to fountain, you'll have a drinking buddy when I come to town. My family lives in widefield.. So Fountain
