Pretty sure he was cruising a bit quick, and we were all getting a bit tired after a long day.

 

Seatbelts for me 100% of the time. Not going to mess with that.

Also, what kind of mounts/accessories do you guys recommend for a gopro?

idk..seatbelts work..and sometimes don't so well..i didn't have one one when i flopped. Was totally fine. soon as i hit the roof i just leg pressed like a mofo to hold myself there. Once we stopped i was able to help jess out of the truck cause she was in total freak out mode and was hanging from her seat belt and couldn't get out.

 

i'd imagine being in a flop would feel...weird

It is. I knocked heads with everyone when we flopped and caused my head to bleed. I thought the other guy in the truck was crushed underneath it cause last I saw his arm was out and he wasn't talking...turns out he was fine. He was just crushed under everyones weight lol

Yea was low speed too sorta.

 

I dont get it my girl friend passed Rocktoy on the way out to BFE in her cobalt didnt have any issues .

But ive seen lots of people wreaking off road some times shit just happens.

 

That road is out to get everyone lol. The night we didn't bring the crawler but had the truck and trailer a stupid cow was standing in the middle of the road around a blind corner lol

 

When I went into town to go hiking on Friday there were about 15-20 of them headed down the road.

 

Pole mount, elastic head mount, I think the chest mount is pretty cool, and the suction cup mount would be my suggested pics.

I'll probably make a few custom mounts here and there too
I try not to use the 3m tape mounts becuse I don't trust them

 

i had no issues with my tape mount at all.

 

Ordered a new diamond axle for the rear today. Any of you need an elocker third with 4.88's? $700. Also have spare axle shafts for 05+.

 

I need that diamond.....

You can drive sluggo, just might have to fight Aleks for it

 

I'm really looking forward to it. Same clearance as the Elocker, same pinion length (can run stock driveshaft), full floating goodness.

oh just a little.

 

now replace those rear leaf springs with some coils and some links to keep that axle in place. i wouldn't mind putting that axle onto my truck.

 

I'm SUA with 19" of travel in the rear. It already outperforms the front by such a wide margin I couldn't imagine linking it and getting 25" of travel. It works good for me how it is, but I don't like driving slower than you can walk.
