    crap bolted and welded together....
any of you guys can explain to me how the birf goes back together? I had to take it apart to put longer axles in for my LT. Now im staring at the birf and everything and kinda lost.

I know how the star sits, but the cage has me lost. :(

each end of the cage has different size openings. Which side is the "top" when looking at it for assembly. Thanks.

Yeah it's stock.... But I didn't know they weld along the tabs. I thought they were only three spot/plug welds that held it on. I'm unsure if I should just remove the factory ones and make beefed up one to replace or just add to the factory ones. That's my question.

Some people just run a bead along the factory ones so they don't bend, some people completely replace them with stronger tabs, some people even solid mount the lowers to make sure and use upper heims to align. It's really up to you and how much you will beat on it

I have the TC gussets. I still ended up having to tack weld the cams to keep them from moving. You could get your alignment done, then tack weld the cams and be fine. When you need to get it aligned again just grind the tack welds off, it's no biggie.

allpro long travel, shackle flip with ome dakars, cruisin offroad bumpers and sliders, 4.88 gears with arb's front and rear, budbuilt skids.
You need the evap and charcoal cannister to pass any emissions test. Also the truck will throw codes without either of those.

Stock gas tank? It is part of your emissions. So you will have check engine codes and if in Cali you will NOT be smog compliant.

are you planning on running your bypasses thru your hood? SICK BRO. id also do 2.0 bumps, no need for 2.5 with the weight of a tacoma.

depends on shock mounting. are you keeping the stock coil bucket? call Dirt Designs and ask what they reccomend as far as length goes. great start though

Your coil over is 10 so a 10" bypass is fine or even an 8
