Definitely. We've thought we were about to lose him twice within the last year. He'd stopped walking, eating, cleaning himself , etc. But he's bounced back both times so far. He's like my little brother, pretty much. Cos he's been there forever. I used to stack Lego towers and crayons on his back, put cups on his head, and once I covered him in ointment. I did a lot of mean things to that car when I was little. And he put up with it. He didn't even care. He's my buddy.
I'm sorry to hear about your loss. I hope everyone is dealing with it well. That's quite an age to reach though. We had a cat when I was very little that lived to be seventeen. I thought that was a long time!
