I should roll up in my non-TRD stock truck next year just to see people's brains explode. :D

    Thanks Devin, needed that brother.

Im not on out there for wheeling to impress others. I will have fun and test the limits of both me as a driver and my truck, shit happens. Honestly I wish that guy didnt ruin the footage of me going over the obstacle.
I wheel cause its fun and I love doing it when I can, seeing crazy things, sharing a good time with others. And yes, solid axles are cool, but you dont need one to have fun with this hobby or win any prize. I know limits and I did the best I knew going through that specific obstacle, how am I supposed to know that dude is just gonna take off at the middle part of a moving 5000lb vehicle. I sure as hell know I wouldnt do that no matter who I was spotting.

Oh well. Web tough guys what are you gonna do

Looked at that vid again, I don't think you did anything wrong, they didn't even ask if you were ok with what they were doing, I wouldn't want people hanging on my truck like that with out me knowing what they are doing.

Just watched the video. +1000 to the above

He was a dumbass for getting that close to a 4,200 lb vehicle. What was he going to do hold it up?

    Thanks Muffin Man.
Spotter should have stayed where he was.
Rollovers happen occasionally in our club and people don't run up to it while it's happening, you give them room to finish the flop. 200 pounds of skinny ass is no match for 2 tons of truck.
That was like trying to catch a heavy pallet falling off a truck, just not a good idea, better to let it fall.

After reading the earlier comments in the other thread, you would assume that Noah intentionally tried to run him over.
If that had been me in the truck, I would have done the same thing.

Saying things like,"dude I was trying to save your truck" doesn't fly. Nobody asked anybody to put themselves in harms way.

    Glad no one was hurt.

Now, with more information on the situation, I agree with these other characters... That guy went full retard and I probably would have done exactly what you did and I don't see how anyone can blame you for his stupid move. Then again, we live in a day & age where parents don't teach their kids the dangers of automobiles and instead put signs in the street telling automobiles to watch out for their space cadet children so this is probably just a product of that upbringing but I wouldn't have been anywhere near that crack or that truck but I was taught that automobiles hurt when I was a kid. Trucks hurt.

I agree and if you point me the direction of said thread where your good name is being besmirched I will gladly smack some intellect into those fools who say otherwise.

Thank Muffin Man, that's the vid I have been looking for about all this. It looks like he jumps in the crack or something, how is the driver supposed to stop a spotter from doing something like that?
If I was driving I don't even know if I would have known he did that till I heard a scream. Then it's too late.
