but if its a balance issue then wouldnt it be while under load while driving and not just while braking?

so how would you explain it then if I told you it drove just fine all day yesterday after the lift amd this morning I got an alignment done and now it wobbles like crazy only while applying the brakes at speeds above 40mph. makes no sense to me how an alignment could affect that

 

I would say. You are nuts. That is very weird.

 

Advise. Don't go to sams club on Stanton. I paid 15 bucks per tire for their road hazard warranty. Well the tire on my car got damaged from road debris and the manager said they don't cover road hazard, so I wasted 60 bucks for nothing... Posted on their fb wall.

 

So ive heard mixed things that a bad alignment can cause a wobble... ill go back and have them redo it just since its free but the numbers looked perfect.

I had this issue with the old tires and before the lift too. Some days it wobbled during braking other days it didnt. 100% random and intermittent.

I do not believe its brake related since its intermittent.

I do not think its driveline related since its highly unlikely for vibrations to travel through the tranny and into steering wheel....

Im starting to think I may have a suspension conponent issue. How possible is it for one of my 5100s to be bent or worn out and not notice it under normal conditions?

Can it be a hub bearing, uca or lca bushings, or anything else causing this?

I know tires are balance properly. The key here is that it suddenly appeared after alignment which makes no sense

 

screw that! go to another sams club! they have to honor a product you paid for or they have to give you your money back. no exceptions.
