Pic was after shoulders today so that prob contributed, but I've gotten bigger since the beginning of this year. Lifts have gone way up thanks to my trainer. Kinda at a stand still of 190# though. I had 2 weeks of travel and when I got home I got sick as fuck (of course... sigh) So I lost about 3#. I was at 192#. Probably just water so I'm sure I'm getting some water weight back now.

    Thanks though!! :D

buy it and then cut it so your nipples hang out ever so slightly...that will reduce the d bag level by at least 50%:thumbsup:

    PR'd like a mothafucka today

squats- switched to lo bar the past few weeks and bazanga gainz

been working on my deadlift a shit ton to fix my shit form too, guess it helped

    205 1x10
    225 2x10
^^ I wasn't able to rep out 225 like I could tonight, lo bar position felt great, wasn't good-morning-ing my squats so I tried going up
    245 1x8
    275 1x2 pr
still felt good, went for a few front squats
1x10 185- could never rep out 185 before, gonna go for 2 plates next week
    1x5 135-died

could never do more than 1 rep of 245, bumped that up to a two-fer at 275 tonight
and never felt comfortable adding more weight to the front squat

    incline

Damn, my summer semester just started!

Just did day 2 of this new workout. Back and cardio. 30 sec rest between all sets.

Rack Pulls: 10 sets of 3 (started at 335 and ended up at 245 by the last set)
    Seated Single-Arm Cable Row: 6 sets of 5 @ 95 lbs
    Let Pulldown: 5 sets of 6 @ 185
Barbell Deadlift to Row: 3 sets of 10 @ 85 lbs
Dumbbell Incline Pulls: 2 sets of 15 w/ 25 lb dumbbells
    Single-Arm Lat Pulldown: 1 set of 30 (ascending reps) @ 60 lbs

    Tabata w/ kettle bell swings
25 mins LISS incline treadmill walk

I was drenched by the end of this. So far, I'm loving the pump from the workouts and the conditioning of the cardio. It's tough, but it's good to mix things up a little.

It was my first time ever doing them and I felt them mostly in my lats and lower back, but it worked my hams, as well. I didn't really know what the fuck I was doing haha.

Side note: I cannot get over how freaking good that Top Secret pre tastes

EDIT: also, on the rackpulls, as well as the deadlift to rows, it had my damn forearms burning, too!

The rack pulls u should be feeling it mainly in the lat area...try leaning in/over more then pull...U shouldn't feel it in the hammies....setup is similar to a BB row

    Ya...it's delish..top seller too :)

Ah, I figured I probably had bad form. I'll try that next week when I do them again.

I'll be writing the review probably tomorrow. Where all did you want me to post it?
