    Look at build!
Test drive one last time with no power steering, and got all my lights working again.

You think? I know their a bitch to install but I think I can handle it. I've always heard headers weren't worth it on the 3.4's but I think since I have a S/C, it will infact be beneficial. And with headers once their on, their on. No maintenance really. With meth I'd be filling up every so often and worrying about the fluid level and so on. I just feel like my motor would be much safer and see more gains from meth injection. But then again I have the 7th injector which in a way acts like meth injection and keeps the motor safe. Well, looks like I am answering my own questions  Any thoughts?

    You said it all haha

Having the boost will make the headers more worth it.

Meth won't help a ton as you have the 7th I it or already. Sure a 50/50 mix would be cool extra omph and the cooling power helps detonation. But I'm not sure how well it would work at the same time as the 7th injector..plus..you'd have to do some big retunning and meth is a bit of a bitch to tune.

Would only take a Saturday to swap the headers.

I'm starting to think that my truck does these things just for attention. Probably jealous that the car is getting more attention recently.

Yea I'd rather not get into retuning for meth. I think a guy over on yota tech or T4R (can't remember) removed his 7th injector once he went meth. Plus gadget wouldn't have spent years developing to 7th injector kit if it wasn't a complete kit by itself. Meth has it's benefits but it looks like the headers make more sense in my case. Looks like the headers will be going on within the next few weeks! Thanks Blackdawg for the quick advice!

Took her to the beach for the first time this weekend.

And then got a traffic citation for doing "circles" on the beach. WTF? I had no idea that would be illegal.

they classify it as wreckless... I got the same ticket (thrown out later) back in '00 just north of Pacific city. appartenly people complained, even though the nearest person was over 200 yards away...

    Thanks bro!
I just found a 5 meter roll of natural white on Amazon for like 7$. If you want the link let me know. The switch was the most expensive part of the bed lights haha.

There was nobody even remotely close.

And the thing that sucks is that it's 2.5 hours away to go to court, and the back of the citation says that it goes on my record anyway regardless if I just pay it or have a hearing.

And why the hell would I knowingly do something reckless in front of a couple of deputies that had just warned me about being too close to the water? I immediately complied and left...and then this happened.

Doesn't make any sense... you can drive on the beach but if you drive in a circle then that's reckless? lol If you go to the court the judge might just drop it and wipe it off your record. My girlfriend works at a courthouse and deals with things like this all the time.

I hear ya. sounds like the cops just had a hard on for ya... it happens unfortunatly. where were you?

and it'll stick on your record only if you plead guilty/pay or are found guilty in the court. BUT, if it's thrown out... it's thrown out... ie never happened. AND many times you can ask the judge to not have it reflect on your license but pay the fine. I had a "excessive tire noise" ticket they did that with, I had to pay $50 (supposed to be a $200 fine) but it never showed on my record as he changed it to a non moving violation.

worth the chance. in my experience (I was a bit wreckless in my early 20's) if you show up for court, they threw it out or reduced the fine/impact 99% of the time. as long as you act with class in the court.

    good luck

It happened in (on) Long Beach, Washington. I was the out of stater, so maybe an easy fine as I'd probably just pay it instead of fighting it..

It's not the $85 fee that's bugging me, it's the ding on my record that has me really annoyed.

Maybe I will drive back over there and try going to court. Guess it might be worth the gamble. More gas money and a vacation day... but might pay off.

They called it "circles" on the citation, but it was a couple donuts.
