So, there's no way I can run 275/70/17's with Spidertraxx spacers?

Quick question from a newbie to vehicle mods.... My friend mentioned having 315's stuffed under his Land Cruiser, what size lift would I be looking at to match that size??? (Looking at 315x12.50's)

You can , you're just more likely to rub and require trimming

Ok, it's between the 2 choices:
    275/70/17 GT Radial AT3 or,
    265/70/17 Hankook Dynapro ATM RF10

I would to see these tires on our Tacomas.
Here are some pics of them.

    Why not 275/70/17 ATm's ?

Don't want to remove mud flaps or take off spacers. But, those pictured are ATM's.

hey tacomaplease if you want to save some money you can purchase directly through a wholesale in cerritos. you can have it shipped to you or do a pick up which is way cheaper than dealer cost. not sure if I'm allow to post the place but I will so tacomaworld can save some money on tires. they have many size and brand available to choose from.

I am in the market for new tires and plan on buying BFG ATs, but wonder what size is the limit, with no rubbing for my stock 17" rims after a 3" lift. I noticed in your pics that you have the same Toyota rims that I have and am wondeing why you picked 275s? Is there a tool or website that offers info regarding the widest tires on stock rims. I want a 33"(ish) tire and the 305/65R17 is 32.7, but your tires are really close to 33" at about 32.2". Do you have any rub issues with the 275s?

If you're talking to me, my truck has 265's on them.

Yeah, I am asking you. Sorry if that was confusing, I'm new. I'm trying to get about a 32-33" BFG AT on stock 17" rims with no rubbing and looking for advice. Is rub why you chose 265s? Also, I've seen a few comments in other threads that state "with usual trimming" when referring to tire upgrades. Do you know what exactly needs to be trimmed and is it easy to do?

    Thanks,
    Bear

255/75/17 Hankook ATm is another option

From what I believe, if you go over 265's you will have to start trimming.

If I go 275's with Spidertraxx, you know what and where I would have to trim. Don't mind trimming non painted areas.

All depends , inner fender , possibly the cab mount

    What about 255/75/17 ATm

I think I'll just stay 265/70/17 and get an aggressive looking tire like Duratac's and keep my wheel spacers.
