So you got warned about being close to the water but then did some donuts?

Either way, lawl at the cop who gave a 43 year old man a ticket for careless driving for ripping some donuts.

Dang. That sucks. I had to drill mine but it didn't tear through drill bits like it sounds like you did. I just used a carbide bit and it took all of about 2 min to drill out the holes.

Driving in a circle and doing donuts are two different things lol. I can understand why they gave out a ticket for donuts.

Donuts can create big ruts too. I was uber pissed once at my old stables because I drug a plow/scraper behind my truck to smooth out the huge riding arena only to come ride the next day and find huge ruts created by someone using our ATV doing donuts. But anyway lol probably didn't want their beach rutted out.

I guess I can understand that side of it...erosion of the beach.

I still find it interesting that the cite said "circles". He said the Rules of the Road apply to the beach.

I've written a few citations and its all about "legal speak". Spinning donuts or whipping shitties doesn't look too professional on a citation to a judge.

Eh, it sucks but I have a feeling you know that doing donuts is a magnet for negative attention.

Eh, yes it does. I just thought of all the places where such shenanigans would be ok would be off-road on the sand away from others where no one would be hurt.

    I've been schooled.

    Bone stock. For now.
Put in some new LED headlights form www.lifetimeledlights.com. You can't tell much of a difference from the pictures, as they are not taken at night, but the LED's are much brighter, and "whiter." I am pretty happy with it for ~$150.

btw - your truck looks so fucking sweet.

Makes me think about removing my flares.

I'm going to take mine off to refinish and paint them. There's a good chance I can't get them back on properly... if that's the case, I have an excuse to leave them off.

Any tips or tricks to removing the rear brake line?

The upper connection is pretty tight but the retainer clip is rusted solid. I tried tapping it with a punch and hammer and it didn't bulge.
