Couldn't be happier with the mod but putting the clutch switch in was a bitch! The instructions on the toyota nation thread are spot on for the steering wheel part of the install but VERY vague on the clutch switch part.

    1. He recommends removing the lower dash...I say you MUST remove it. You just can't get to the bolt that you have to remove to put the switch in without removing it. There is a bolt hiding behind a little door on the right side of the drivers side of the dash. There is another one hiding behind the kick panel on the left side of the drivers side. Unbolt those and the top of the dash will unsnap. It will take a 10mm socket to unbolt these.

    2. You've also got to unbolt the fuse box, remove the wires on the front of it, and then kinda fold it down out of the way. 10mm bolts, again. Then you can access the bolt you need to remove. I think it will take a 15mm socket to undo the bolt in the clutch switch spot but I've forgotten the exact size in the past 3 days since I did it.

    3. There at least 4 connectors hiding in the wiring harness and only one of them is the one you need to unbundle. Its the one that is highest in elevation. I had to unbundle two of them before I found the right one.

Also, on the test drive afterwards, the a/c wouldn't blow cold. Thought I had left something disconnected or blown a fuse but after a few minutes, it came back on. Must have just been the computer figuring things out again after the battery disconnect.

By chance did you take pics? I am thinking of doing this MOD w/ the reference from TN. Overall it looks straight forward.
