    Linearly, yes. Physically connected to the frame, no. Lots of surface area holds em to the winch plate though. Cam was sure to make solid connection to the bumper that will last.

    They are holes for my 3/4" LED turn signals which I've yet to reinstall. I've gotta get that done soon but I might be line-xing my bumper soon, so I don't wanna wire it yet
