Door gasket care?

    behind the rear seat hi-lift mount bracket, easy-out crossbed toolbox brackets, sliders, ATO plate rear bumper, hood/bed lighting, always-on 12v outlets, dashcam, Viper 5806V w/ GPS
    I know they'll wear out eventually, but what can I do to maximize their lifespan? So far I've just been cleaning them off with 303 Aerospace after I'm finished with all my other plastic trim. Should I be using a silicone lubricant instead?

    No mud flaps, plasti dipped emblems, and rear bumper, Weather tech digital fit, Bed mat from tractor supply. Pioneer 4400BH head unit. B.A.M.F bed rail tie downs. AVS vent visors.
    I say just keep cleaning them off. I use turtle wax ice detail spray and clean the whole door jam area. make sure what you use is safe to use on rubber.

    303 is good stuff. They should last longer than the truck will.

    First month of ownership... This month I'm removing front air dam, and also Rhino lining the bed.
    X2. I put 303 on everything.

    Probably if you completely ignored the door rubber it would last just as long. Actually, the pulling pressure involved in cleaning them probably does more damage then good in breaking them free from the door over time?

    I just can't stand to see them all gunked up and dirty.
