    That is not a dust shield, it is the brake backing plate. You need to make sure it isn't bent, straighten it if it is or it will grind on the drum

    Yes you have to rotate it to where you can get the studs in/out. There is a spot, gotta look harder.

    All 6 of the previous studs all sheared off in the exact same spot. Im thinking over-torquing.

    But then again if that hub failed, it means that potentially the other 3 hubs are a ticking time bomb. Im not happy about that. :(

    No idea :notsure: i haven't removed that wheel since i installed my rear suspension back in January

    Baahahaha.... Dude......

    The hub didn't fail, it's the wheel studs. I'm guessing you are not properly torquing the lugnuts. They should be around 85 ft-lbs. IIRC.

    Take all the lugnuts off and properly torque them. If a stud breaks during removal, you know you fucked up.
