I believe it mainly happens when it's cold/idling higher. I cleaned the throttle body and ran seafoam though everything as that seemed to make it a little worse too.

It would seem to me that its caused by the higher rmp/ more power and so theres enough power going into the transmission that its causing that to want to start spinning and then your brakes are stopping it, but at the same time that shouldn't really cause a big jerk. Mine does it ever so slightly. Its probably slack in the driveline allowing movement. So like a u joint, broken trans or motor mount, something like that. If a u joint was shot you'd be getting vibrations though. And same would probably happen with a broken mount. How much do you think the trucks moving?

I'd guess it lurches forward an inch? Maybe more? Never thought of it that way lol. I've always thought I had a bad motor or transmission mount because when I put it in 4 low the whole truck leans to one side sort of. Hard to explain but when sitting in the truck you can see/feel the truck kind of tilt a bit. It was exagerated with my shitty stock coils up front but it still does it a little bit.

I think the 20$ is only if your participating in your rig. I wanna say its 8$ if you're just spectating.

I'm here. And I'd like to say since I have put my bumper on I've had probably 10 people almost hit me. Wtf. I had to swerve over and onto the sidewalk as I went through the intersection in front of Barnes and noble. About hit a guy waiting at the crosswalk in the process. I think in cursed haha.

BTW, just picked up a 4 leaf pack...any tricks to installing it? And will the stock U-bolts work? (the leaf pack is stock 4 pack from a '10 tacoma) I keep forgetting to peak under there to see how much thread i have to play with...

I'd buy new u bolts. You don't really want to retorque old bolts if you can avoid it.
