What have you done to your Tacoma today? 1st Gen Edition

Got a P0441 trouble code today. Looks like I'll be doing some trouble shooting this weekend

Anyone have any tips on what to test first, besides gas cap, which has been done. Also, I don't think it's a leak because I still get the decompressing hiss when I remove the gas cap.

My truck has been idling a little rougher lately. If a rough idle is a clue then I'm all ears as to what your thoughts are.

Affording it and justifying it are two different things. I'll get it eventually. But I need to spend money on other things before I buy that.

One of my neighboors was commenting on how much money I've put into my truck and told me "hey, it's still cheaper than a girlfriend."

You don't really need them. The rub isn't that bad. bump stop extension would solve it.

 

I think adding the d6xl pushes the axle forward more than just the dakars. I have the dakars without the AAL and it's slightly forward. I think MD11Fr8Dog could benefit from the 3/4" or 1" relocation plates.

Is it just the picture or is the leaf pack touching the tail pipe?

I'd just dump the exhaust after the axle.

 

The D6XL would only push it forward due to the extra arch. I'm gonna give it a little time to let them settle and then probably do the relocation plates.

 

Yep, slightly rubs. Seems to be common based on all the research I did. I'll do something eventually.

I have 9 mini switches in my dash then 3 in the center console and 1 on the door for my lights and second battery. Lockers will go on the clock.

Cut it off now. If you had flexed the other way it would have just damaged it.

That's hideous. Mixing leds and hids doesn't look good. I would choose one or the other.

I have lots of lights too. Spent way too much. But Damn i think they look good. Haha

2 6 inch chase lights amber.
2 duallys spot up front.
2 pods soon to be shipped from digidiodes (won the IG thing today)
40 radius that's going to be there soon and hopefully a 30 race bar off the back (racebar: has turn signals and brake lights along with the white lights)

 

with the stock exhaust route, you can expect that with all aftermarket leaf packs
mine were like that too, after installation- the shackles definately don't help either

solution:
grab the OME relocate bracket, chop it, or route it like this
