    No guts, we gut them at the river shortly after we catch them. We fillet them and package (vacuum seal) the fillets for freezing. The remaining belly pieces and carcass we take to the Matanuska River just outside of town.

    Sorry they are low balling you on the price Dave. Good luck with your sale.
