Made it to GSS today... Really nice store; truck loads of gear.
Got a smokin' deal on a new tan Bianchi gun belt. For those that carry, an actual gun purpose belt is the key to comfort. I was using fairly sturdy belt, this one is far better.

:Woot: Pics or none of this actually happened.

Safe travels Ryan! Don't forget to stop in and shit on our thread every now and again! :D

    The tent that never was.

Im still emailing a supervisor back and forth about this. I also mentioned this has gone on a forum and people are anxiously awaiting the outcome. The more posts the better IMHO. I have delayed posting Amazon feedback pending the outcome but have filed a BBB complaint. I have also offered to pay shipping up to $150 to get the tent. Now we wait.

But first an Idea. CALLING ALL VIRGINIANS TIDEWATER AREA!

My request is that you ALL email Trendsauto about this situation. Not to bash them. But rather state how its FD up that they made the mistake and wont do anything about it other than refund me my hard earned military money. At this point a few emails may push them over the edge to at least make me an offer to sell me the tent that is reasonable considering they screwed up the listing. If you would please do this for me I would appreciate it!

Please reference Order ID# Order ID 113-1825836-4595406:
1 of ARB ARB3101 Simpson III Brown Rooftop Tent

Your only saving grace is the original shipping weight and then the amended one. They realized what they'd done and it was going to be cheaper to eat return shipping and refund on the annex than it was to ship the tent.

They hoped you'd be like damn this is the wrong thing thanks for the refund.

At the end of the day, I'd guess they'll tell you to pound sand.

Call a lawyer and see if you can get free counciling. If you can get a law firm to threaten a civil suite they more than likely will settle out of court. You may need to pay for a day or so of legal council but shouldnt be too expensive :notsure:

Or you can brush up on your legal skills (you may be able to use the Navy Jag office for some help) and file a civil suite yourself.
