Sean, don't worry about your shackles. They'll definitely settle down. Here's a picture of mine right after I put the springs on with the same shackles. Yours are slightly more vertical than mine but that's because of the extra leaf. I didn't have the extra leaf at first. Cutting the tailpipe is a god idea. I ran the exhaust bracket for a while but it just kept getting in the way. Cutting was a simple solution and you never have to worry about it again.

And don't listen to mark, He's still chasing flex on his truck and my truck does just as good if not better than his with his garbage Chevy springs. :stirthepot:

No. Someone ordered some a while back and never picked them up. They had them at a sale price and since they were local I saved on shipping too. Worked out awesome. Thanks to ponethousand for the headsup on fenders.

the only way i would ever get glass from glass works would be if i picked them uo locally and they had em in stock.

One of the local guys went through SDHQ to get his glass from glassworks snd he waited 6 months and he kept trying to call and he never got an answer. And when he finally got his glass they sent the sets. He was furious.

I have had awesome experience with McNeil.

Yep. That's exactly why it hasn't happened before now. I love the McNeil's except for the gills. Those are dumb looking. They need a version of their 4.5" fenders without gills.

You can get them without them! They have the option with or without them.

Dang man, everytime I see pics of the underside of a truck from the NE I cringe at all the rust.
