Did a 60K maintenance and my Tacoma is running noticeably smoother. I hope the MPG goes up as well.

My son's last day of school, for this year, was yesterday. That is 50 miles per day I will not be putting on the truck.

Anyone interested in 100 feet of cable and a roller fairlead off of a xrc8 winch? It's been hanging out in my basement and I'm moving soon so I'm trying to get ride of some random parts I have laying around. Also have some black Toyota devil horns I'm trying to get ride of. Really don't feel like making a for sale ad on the site so if interested shoot me a pm and with your number and I can send you some pics. Also have two spare duratrac tires brand new 285/70/17. Also have the stock leaf springs non tsb. And some Icon 600 lbs coilover springs, and the front bumper with fog lights off a black 2010 tacoma. That's pretty much all I can name off the top of my head. Forgot to mention 4 Trd off road wheels that came off my truck aswell no tires on them and no tpms sensors but they do have normal tire valves on them.

 

are those icon springs the same size as the springs on the stock struts or are they taller for some lift?

 

I honestly don't know but I'm pretty sure you need coilovers to use them. I'm not sure what kinda lift you setup you have?

 

I'm all stock on suspension. I'm at 38,500 miles and when i get to 45,000 i hope to put stock height 5100s on the rear and 5100s on the front with just enough to level the truck. but i don't know what coil i would need....i don't want to reuse my stock coil

 

Yea man I'm pretty sure they won't work for you. There flat at both ends so the spring can sit flush with the adjusting collars. Stock springs have that little lip on em I wanna say. Not saying you can't buy em tho they look pretty cool lol

 

I appreciate the info and the honesty but like i said i'm thinking around 45k and that is should be this time next year. :/

My streets are absolutely horrible tho so its only a matter of time until i snap a leaf spring on a pot hole, that'll set me over the edge and either pull the trigger on the 3inches of lift of my choice or just go the economical route while i'm still in school and just do TSB 2012-15 leafs and the 5100s

had cancer when I bought em last year black sport wheels and Duratracs are getting put on Monday... New to me tires used with 20k or so
