In about 6 months or so, my neighbor and I are going to be "painting" both of our trucks with Raptor liner... That's 100% urithane truck bed liner with uv protectent. If you want to wait till then we could order a bit extra and shoot your camper. Also if anyone else has stuff they want to coat, that would be the time

Big shoutout to SGT_Disco for installing my URD MAF Calibrator Module and hooking me up with a sweet deal on a rebuilt CV axle assembly. Thanks again man, you are greatly appreciated!

The Disco is going to be sweet once the motor gets dropped in!

Will do. Supposedly it takes a little time to "learn" the new map. Feels slightly more responsive, but will be driving a bit more over the weekend and will be able to open up the throttle beyond 55-60 MPH lol.

There is a "plug and play" harness adapter, but it is not available for 2009+ so it has to be wired to the ECU for newer tacos.

The crap I cleaned out of the Puerco today:

Took some co-workers out off-roading for the first time. More pictures later.

So went off-roading with some co-workers out at the Puerco. One coworker wanted his 16 year old daughter to experience off-roading with her brand new Xterra. The other coworker bought a brand new Jeep Rubicon a few months back and wants to learn.

The group photo done out at Snoopy rock:
    DSC_0255_zps60f9b1c4_e527bb471c8d9a08244402fedad607fde6bcee40.jpg
Back at the first obstacle, they were stunned a vehicle could drive up it:

I gave them each a ride up over Snoopy. They were amazed at how easy it was but looks so daunting.

The 16 year old in the Xterra did very well without lockers and with playing it safe. Brand new driver and seemed comfortable being off camber and such.

The Jeep driver was still learning how to work with everything the Jeep provides. Got stuck on the way out because she didn't realize the Jeep was telling her the axles weren't locked. After insisting she read the manual and learn how to engage them, she found out how easy lockers make things.

It was a good trip. Everybody had fun. Got to show them driving and recovery techniques and field tested the comms. Definitely a good trip.

LOTS of wiring, dual battery setup, Solar charging system, with some random lights spread around here and there.
So I am going to propose it here, but I am trying to see the interest. I'm trying to put together some sponsors to provide dumpsters and food for a Puerco clean up meet.

How many would be interested in coming out to help???

I'd be interested but more a matter of when.

Wondering if there are Jeep groups that would want to join in. Could match up each Tacoma with a bunch of Jeepers. Lots o' labor to go with each empty bed.

Thats a great idea. I'll talk to some of my buddies. Just made me sick/pised off to be out there the other day and see all the damage that is being done out there. no wonder they want to close it all down. :(

Yeah, I had enough. I'll pick up stuff whenever I stop and then I stop for big stuff. Can't believe the two TVs and PC tower I found on today's run. For some reason, I guess they are more exciting to shoot up than a bunch of paper targets. :notsure:
