Beautiful ride man! Quick Q for ya though, as soon as i get back to the U.S. I am putting on the pelfreybilt bumper and was really looking into the trailer products 2x3 fenders as well so i was wondering how was the installation and how did it fit up with the bumper already being on? Looks amazing

Thanks! The fenders are perfect at the bumper. With the bumper on its a bit tough to drill the holes for the lower front part of the fender. Just remember the fit at the body lines are not the greatest with the TP fenders mostly at the door to fender area. I'm slowly getting over it and I knew that going in.

How are your bypasses doing? Mine are like 1" too short and those are with the specs straight from TC. I think that my coilovers being extended travel and running 700lbs springs is the reason for my issue.

Your also at 700lbs springs right?

Are they 1 inch to short when the coilover is attached to the LCA? If neither the coilover or bypass are hooked up I have about another 1 or so of droop. Once I hook up the coilover I have to jack up the LCA about 1/16 of an inch to get the bypass bolt thru. So that tells me that my bypass is the limiting factor of my droop. Though i'm strapped so they are the limiting my travel instead of the shocks. (as it should be.)

If you still have an inch to go with your bypass with the coilover hooked up to the LCA then something is wrong. King possibly put on the wrong lower rod end(too short) Your tabs on your shock hoops are welded the wrong place. Thas all I can think of right now. Pictures would be helpful too. I'll try to get you a measurment of the lower rod end on my bypass....i'm pretty sure its at least 2 inches or more from the center of the eye to the shock shaft.

I think that I just need to lower my coil overs some and that will do the trick. I have the standard rod end but was considering getting an extended rod end for an extra 1" of down travel. I have to cycle it to see if that will still work at full bump.

Tom, today at Ryans mod/meet day I discovered that my ubolts were barely on anymore and could be jiggled by hand. How I didnt break something I have no idea but the nuts that come with the kit suck! I see everyone is replacing them with nylocks. Any idea what size I need to get? There are a million different options and short of taking off my ubolts and carrying them inside lowed idk how to figure it out. Do you know by chance what size nylocks will thread onto those ubolts?
