    looks seated correctly. It wouldn't be the shocks. Only the springs hold the truck up, shocks are just for dampening. Maybe they sent you different springs. 2" is a huge difference.

    Maybe the ball joints on the LR UCAs slipped? That top nut has loosened up for some and skid up. Something to think about

    Grab that little tag in the pic wrapped around the coil.
    If you have the older 886 and not the newer 886x it might be possible they are just wore out or shot. That was a problem with the older coils as they gave out and didn't last as long.(from my understanding anyway)
