What does everybody look like?????

Im 6'1 185. Anyone got good workouts for lower abs. My upper abs are fine but I cant seem to tone up the bottom.....

 

Golfs a good sport though. You can play it for a very long time.

This guy is a douche bag, but I wrote down his ab work out, works very nicely actually, I had the same problem, couldn't tone my lower abs at all. Also best ab workout you can really get is running IMO

I'm about 5'9"-5'10", and 180lbs. Some excess that needs to go also.

before i had my supertop i slept in the pass seat all curled up and in a weird position so i fit.

now, i sleep laying down flat with a fan aimed right at my face.

what an awesome upgrade!
