    :anonymous: On our little boat, I think I am the first mate. :eek:

    We only gut the fish and rinse them riverside. Need to keep the glacier silt/sand out of the meat. We bring them back whole packed on ice in coolers and then fillet and vacuum seal for freezing after we get home. It's quite a process, but worth it. :)

    Our boat is the smaller one on the right.

    Morning all:
    Happy fathers day to all!

    Yesterday I trimmed some low hanging branches off a tree that I have to mow under, and need to cut back some branches that are growing out over the driveway. I may need to rent a gas pole saw to get that done. The hand one I have is a PIA to use for the higher branches that I need to get at, and I can't see buying a gas one that I have very limited use for.
    Also got the milky spore powder applied to the yard. Hopefully it gets the grubs under control.
    Can't fish all the time! :(

    Wish you guys would quit talking about mowing!! The wife's been out of town since Thursday morning and the majority of my time has been spent doing housework, taking care of her mutt, and MOWING. Heading back outside right now to fire up the lawn tractor.
