    The swing out could actually be 3-4" lower and still clear. My concern now is the bumper ends. not easy to shorten because of the bed side protection. Dunno.

    I'm going to get a bed rack, tire too big and that'll help make it look better. Good place to mount my hi lift too, not confident with those rail mounts. Lots of wiggle wiggle

    So after a much debated weekend, me and the wife are considering a life changing style of living. When we move to Washington State in January we are thinking about buying a camper (ultra lite) and living in it instead of renting or buying another house. Since the camper would be semi permanant and I wouldnt tow it much we are looking at some that are a little over the towing capacity. But this doesnt worry me as it will be more of a permanent situation and not being towed across country. We would also buy it there in Washington at a dealer in Seattle. We have found a campground that has long term spaces. It has a kids park, a dog run and off leash park, a fishing lake/pond and nice facilities with good ratings.

    Suprisingly my wife started this conversation.... I think its doable and the biggest thing would be downsizing our stuff.

    Thoughts?
