Thanks. I thought I was doing pretty good but then I met a guy who runs 15 miles every Saturday. That bummed me out.

Ran 6 miles in 46:58 this morning. I feel like I have to tell someone or it doesn't count!

What's a ROTC PT test? And why would anyone want to do 50 pushups in 2 mins?

I wanna know who decides 50 push ups in 2 minutes should be the standard? Is this the critical number that will keep you safe if you're trapped in foreign country? If you can only do 44 are you more of a target?

Seems like a running test makes a lot more sense if you're going to be in a combat zone.

Diet and exercise. Calories in vs. calories out.

That's about all it boils down to.

I've been working lately and it is a bit more strenuous than I am used to. However, I spent many hours yesterday working in my yard and then this morning I went for a 30 minute bike ride.

I've only lost about 5 pounds, but I can tell that I'm toning up.

Yer doin' fine. Any more than 2lbs per week is not a good sign.

7lbs isn't bad especially if it's all muscle.. I've got a small frame as well. sucks trying to get muscle mass.
