    HOW DID I MISS THAT, about the health insurance?
    Wouldn't doubt that at all, everything seems bassackwards now days! :(:mad:

    Just got done trimming out the driveway and cleaning up the branches. Rented a gas pole saw for $30; best 30 bucks I ever spent! I didn't need it for myself, but when the coal or oil truck comes in they would hit them, so figured I would cut them back out of the way. Should be good for awhile now.

    Gee, a 60+ thread, how nice is that. So, I've had a rough day of retirement, I threw a brisket in the smoker about 9:30 this am. It's about 165º now, so a bit to go. Keeping that temp steady at 225º is tough duty, but I think I can manage.

    Thanks for all the welcomes'. I'm enjoying the Tacoma ever since I acquired it a few weeks ago. I had a Mazdaspeed3 prior to the Tacoma and had every bolt on I could find on it. I don't plan on adding too much to this one, but I have added a tonneau, hitch, and the wife wanted a "step" so I put on some nerf bars.
    I did finish up the brisket in time for a late dinner. It was quite tasty, and I do have a good bit left over. We ate about (6) 1/4" slices out of about a 7# brisket, so there's plenty left. I'm tempted to try salmon the next time. I've never smoked any, but would like to give it a go.
