    Dakars w/AAL, OME/886's, All Pro Front Bumper, Rear bumper, IFS skid, and UCA's. Superwinch Tigershark. Magnaflow muffler... vrooom
    Tigershark 9500. Made a couple pulls so far, like the stainless fittings vs what's on the other economy winches, no complaints here.

    Just ordered the M8000-s. Hoping that was the right call and I don't need to switch to the 9.5xp down the road.

    Pretty simple to seal it up. Vent requires some fittings, drilling, tapping threads, and thats about it.

    I was looking at this battery to replace my starting battery and run the winch. Any opinions? I can't find anyone local that sells dual purpose industrial batteries.

    If you have sears near buy go with a die hard platinum with 1100 cc deep cycle battery. Lot of guys are running them now. I being one of them.

    Hit up Tyler who owns pelfreybilt to make a battery cage.

    Also have dual battery.

    Exactly. Even using a Toyota breather.


    Drill and tap motor housing (do not let flakes get sucked into the magnets). Thread in barb. Seal up winch with whatever you want that can handle high heat. Attach tube. Run tube up to a high spot. Attach breather to end. Done.

    I'm just using same materials as used in diff breather mod. Had extra hose left over from rear diff many moons ago.

    No idea where I will drill it yet, but it can go anywhere not impeded by internal workings. To tell you the truth I got the material list ready over winter and haven't touched the winch since. Right now my focus is getting the truck ready for the motor swap.
