Tested the lights afterward to make sure there wasn't any problems with my beam pattern. Extremely happy with these and ready to get em mounted

Update: got my retros completed for the 3rd time. Went with D2S 3.0s with CBIs. Stayed with Gatlin Gun Shrouds and did the LED method for the demon eye since you can't just pull the lenses off of the 3.0s and paint the internals. Love the 3.0s great output.

Developed some vibes when I'm braking... Need help addressing the issue haha.

    1. Had vibes at 48 mph dropped the carrier bearing a little and those went away.

    2. Recently after the drop I've noticed another vibe while I'm braking.... Feels like the whole truck is shaking

    3. Isn't as bad in 4wd but still noticeable. Don't think it's the rotors or pads because it doesn't pull and I can't feel it in the steering wheel directly.

My guess is it's definetly the driveline. Gonna order a new CB, and probably axle shims instead of washers for the drop. Could it possibly be my steering rack bushings also ?

Anybody have these issues, I would search but I'm on my cellphone

Go to get alignment- replace whole front end
Debadged and painted, plasti-dip bumper , Sock monkey decals, tool box, K&N cold air intake, flag holder/fishing pole holder, Satoshi, magnaflow 40 series, spidertrax wheel spacers, map lights, led reverse lights, led dash assembly lights, roof top LED bar
Back when I had my ford Ranger we resolved the issue by replacing the wheel bearings, my tacoma also did this for a short period of time and I figured out it was because my LBJ's were going bad

old topic. but for your 4wd conversion you just used an electric ADD? how much wiring is involved in that?

Perfectly on topic, but at first I just did a simple on-off-on toggle switch then wired it to the pins on the diff. I've since just applied 12vs and locked the diff permantely

Alright that doesn't seem to hard. I wanted to go manual hubs but a good deal on ADD stuff fell in my lap so I think I will take it. Is there a write up on the wiring anywhere? And I like the idea of a rocker switch to toggle the diff.

Hey thanks man I owe you one big time. There isn't a whole lot of info on this out there.. From what I'm seeing most people are going the manual hub route

Thanx guys. I'm trying to figure out which is going to be better. Elite or relentless. Btw your retro fit looks dope! I want to try a retro fit once I get all my suspension and armor taken care of.

I personally like Elite better but production is at a stand still currently. Thanks man retros are definitely a good mod to do!
