I'm not sure if you've seen the posts by arrowshot re: the lines and the clip. These lines are suppose to be direct plug and play without any modification. I emailed my buddy the pics and posts by arrowshot and he's following up with Goodrich on this issue. Before he releases any additional brake lines he needs to make sure that he's using the correct fittings etc. That being said, he's been waiting on a response from Goodrich for a few days now. I'll follow up with him today to see what the status is on releasing these lines.

I just got back home. I went to look for apartments for the fall for when I transfer over there. If you really want to, we might meet up when I move over there. Would be nice to know one person there.

Still need an update and a possible solution. Hate the idea of having to take them off again, dremel the bracket or part of the upper flange so they fit properly, then bleed the brakes again. I did not think there was going to be a lot of work to replace the old ones.

    Arrowshot,

I followed up with my buddy this morning and he told me he was able to talk to Goodrich yesterday. They confirmed that the ends he's using are Toyota specific.

However, in view of the fact that they are not working with the brackets on your taco they suggested using another fitting. This end piece is a universal fitting but it should work with these taco's. They shipped the fitting to my buddy and is expected to arrive early next week. Once the fitting is in he's going to inspect it and make sure spec's are spot-on and ensure that it will work with this bracket without any issues.

I will post our finding as soon as he receives that bracket.

So I just got a call from my buddy about the new clip. It looks like it will work.

    Here's my plan:

I'm going to ship lines out to SuperWhite10 (sorry to make you the Guinea pig)
and we'll have him give us his feedback as soon as he installs them.

Arrowshot, If you like I can also send you a set of front lines with the fitting if you promise to mail the old ones back.

    What do you guys think?

    JP
