CVs are out! Now I just gotta drop this bitch.

Dropping it was more of a pita then installing it for me..was easy to install

 

Well I am hoping things go smooth the second time around. Josh and I just struggled and got covered in oil.

 

It was the other way around when Brant and I did mine. It was a pain holding the diff halfway in so we could still fit our hands up above to reconnect the wiring and breather.

Nah my pinion flange was a bitch the front mount is odd on mine.

I just threw mine on a jack to hold it there while I did all that. I put it in all by myself.

 

I think the only jack we had was helping hold the truck up. haha

 

Tried to drop it and couldn't figure out why it wouldn't drop. Then I realized I never took the driveshaft off . Wish me luck! I mah die.

Well that sucks..We just got dumped on so i'm curious to see what we do tomorrow. I'm sure we'll work and be walking around ankle deep in fucking slop.

It did snow in the beartooths haha i just hope by the time it reached the big horns it had lost enough steam

 

Came down easier than I thought! Stub shaft installed but its too dark to put her back together. I'll get it back together in the morning and maybe buzz up red grade to see how the road is looking. Might be a mess if this weather keeps up.
