    As the title states...thin-lip raptor grill in white.

    Professional paint job done by an auto body shop. The letters are painted on the mesh using color matched paint from automotivetouchup.com; the letters are clear coated as well.

    Are all the metal grills going to be hot-glued to the plastic surround ?

    That'll probably vibrate loose in under 12 months/20K miles, especially since you didn't "rough-up" the surface for the glue to bond to...
