Mine has been holding up great for two years! No complaints... I'm not a super skilled individual, but I ride the bike how its meant to be ridden to the best of my abilities.
Just now in the process of replacing the bottom bracket. Waiting on parts:(

I had the same issue and went with the Rocky Mounts Drive Shaft SD
    http://www.rockymounts.com/DriveShaft_SD_truck_thru_axle_adapter_mount_p/1085.html

I have a rollup tonneau cover and had to install the bike mount upside down to allow room to work the lever, but it is still secure.

Well that's good to hear! What happened to the bottom bracket? Or are you just doing general maintenance? Also which one did you get? Anyone ever have any problem blowing out seals on their air shocks? I've never been a big fan of them because I didn't think they were very tough. Like me some good ole metal springs haha

    Yes, I sold my '13 Taco. :'(
NICE!!! Heard nothing but good things about the 5010.

When I don't have my 4 bike Kuat NV hitch rack on, I use my RockyMount Driveshaft SD's. They're pretty versatile and accommodate 20mm/15mm and 9mm forks just fine.
