3" lift Freedom Off-road adjustable coilovers 5100’s out back with AAL TRD Pro wheels w/ 285.75.16 KO2’s Freedom Off-road UCA’s 4xInnovations front bumper (on order!)
The top plate spacer is it. And yes, a 1/4" spacer should yield about 1/2" of lift. How bad is your driver side lean? For some the 1/2" of lift still isn't enough. I suggest measuring on flat ground the difference between the driver side front and rear compared to the passenger side. I think they also sell a 3/8" and 1/2" TPS.

I haven't installed the lift yet. I needed a couple misc items. I'll go with the 1/4" spacer and see what it looks like. I'm curious how the 1/4” spacer gives 1/2" lift. Thanks

WTF is this taco lean everyone always mentions on these forums?

I have a 2013 trd ac and...full tank or empty tank, me in it, my GF in it,
or both, or loaded with crap in the bed....the truck sits level from every angle unless
    I am on a non-level surface.

srsly....some of these things have lean ?

    mine absolutley does not.

I also have not seen a tacoma on the highway with any lean I can detect.

they all look level. I can tell when a truck does have lean but
I have yet to see a tacoma with it

That's because when you buy your truck new with oem suspension, Toyota already compensated that lean with longer coils on the drivers side. When you upgrade your suspension, your new coils are the same height. To fix this, you either crank up your coilovers or add a top plate to fix it.

OEM springs account for the extra weight on the driver side. Aftermarket springs don't. When lifting, or using aftermarket springs, the truck tends to lean about 1/2" on the driver side.

I just installed a 1/2 spacer on my lift to give it the full 3 inches of lift but now when i go over a speed bump it makes a noise is this from the stock uca's hitting the spring? Do you have this issue or are you running after market uca's?

Do you have any noise issues when going over bumps? Are you running stock uca's?

Yes I'm running stock UCA's however I hear no noise going over bumps.

Actually, re-reading through some of these responses makes me think... I had taco learn WITH OEM coils. And I still have it ever so slightly with the same OEM coils on 5100s with a 1/4" spacer on driver side...ami really that fat?

TRD Supercharger, Toytec 3" Ultimate Lift w/ 285/75/16s and planning on OBA for sometime in the future. Also thinking about the HWMS and a Warn 8000 for it.
My lean isn't noticeable in front. From the rear, it is enormous.

I'm glad I'm not the only one...yeah, I may try the 3/8" as well. Visually I don't notice it as much, but the fender to hub measurement tells a different story.

I installed the 1/2 spacer on both sides but i did it because my front sat lower than the back.
