Nice! I'm gonna be sending out the window bezels, center shifter piece, and radio surround to be hydro dipped in carbon fiber soon!

Just get under there & cab mount chop & rip off the flares before you play the "self clearancing game" I did. It gets ugly.

    More than I can afford
    Weekend:
Fiddled with craptastic dash kit for my pioneer nav system, installed stupid expensive shark fin adapter cable, figured out placement for XM tuner. Debadged camper shell.

Today: Installed TRD shift knob. Very challenging and strenius mod. Waiting patiently for my short shifter, should be here tomorrow.

Changed my grill to a color matched grill.

I originally painted mine black since I hate chrome but didn't want a Sport model with the fake hood scoop so now all I've got to do is figure out what I want to do with the rear bumper.

Thanks! I agree. I can't stand chrome so painting it black was the next option until I found Camelback Toyota and $185 later new grill :)

Got my headlights replaced for the DTRL melting problem under warranty. Supposed to be a new updated design they said. 61,370 miles. Keep trying guys till you get the right person that will get it done for you. Took me 6 months and finally got a service writer that asked the service manager about it instead of just saying they won't do anything.

Lucky you. Change those DTRL bulbs into LEDS then those will stay pretty for a long time.

Looks great with the color matched grill. I did the same (with the satoshi). I think these trucks should come standard that way.

You could have just got a sport model and sold/traded the sport hood for a non-scewped hood. There are A LOT of people trying to get sport hoods.

Exactly my plans. Even though they claim it won't happen again with this new design. I'm going LED's.
