Dimensionally, closer in size to a 480. That cooling fan ads height. No doubt though, it is a monster spec wise.

Might have to look into selling my compressors and get two of those in stead

What was the issue? I cut my box corner so it would fit on one side. I still have a few inches on that bulkhead. I feel like I'm being challenged now. If they fit in the box, that's the same thing as the bedside right?

All the specs for it are in mm. I'll do a cardboard mockup, then test fit

The feet are two wide to fit, that's where I intended on mounting mine. It was really difficult to get it to fit in the bed cubby, even harder to bolt it in. It was truly a game of tetris!!

When I replumb my set up I am going to switch to this -- I have a slow leak somewhere. Just a temporary set up for me though, its served its purpose of filling tires and running a body saw.

(had enough juice to power the harbor freight air hog of a tool to chop bed sides for a HC)

Interesting. I bet I could fab some custom width feet for it. Now I am really interested in it. A challenge!

Been considering getting all stainless braided lines for the setup. There are kits already made for the arb setup for the Jeep plarform. If I could get a 15' 3/8" line, I would be in business. Or hardlines...

Got a bin like this yet?

See, I really need to move south. I would love to get a roll of braided bulk and make my own.

Ya, you should be able to just add a new switch. If you can bring that one to radio shack they may be able to tell you exactly which one you need. Or if you know the size and specs (may be on the switch) you could just order one online. I doubt Radio Shack would have the exact size and spec switch you would need but you can try or modify to fit the new one.

It happens. They're spring loaded and the spring might just have let go.

ALso. Contact Viair. They would most likely just send you another switch, OR the whole compressor..

Any switch would work for sure. Your local auto parts store might even have the same one.

One last thing. You can OPEN the switch using a sharp knife or small screwdriver and see whats going on in there. Lots of times the small plate that the switch pivots on will come out of place. You simply move the piece back where it was supposed to go and reassemble. The plate in those is normally V shaped. Might want to do that first. Just so you are not wasting money on other things.
