For those that enjoy camping. Some people saw how easy my tent was to put up and take back down, this one is even easier! I would buy it if i hadn't already bought my other one. Saw it at target for $180 i think, sleeps 4.

 

interesting, how would those hold up during a windy storm? I have been caught up in storms camping many times.

Any one here have experience with a timing chain on a 2001 corolla? Ive got a friend that claims that his timing chain rollers are in need of replacement, but cant do it him self and cant afford to have it done.

 

Why does it need to be changed? Whats his reasoning?

 

He claims its making noise and was told by someone else that it was the something in the timing cover. I doubt that it is and after looking at some things on the trusty interwebs Im prob just going to tell him someone is trying to get money out of him.

Resident CWP but no longer hold a FL DL = no good?

 

My coworker teaches the CWP locally, said if you get pulled over just let the cop know. He said if you are walking around with it, maybe carry both cwps to show proof. But the Florida one technically isn't good without at least a Florida ID.

 

You can have it in the truck. Just put it in the holster in the console.

I was told last night my brothers truck is acting up and he's gotta drop it off so I gotta pick him up and also I'm in the process of buying a house and tomorrow afternoon my realtor is gonna take me to the house I've been eyeing to hopefully get it figured out so I'm kinda stuck. We should set something up for next week.

Wes,, low ball the shit out of it...Fk what the realtor tells you.....I do it like this,, look & get all the paper work on the house.. then just write up 3 offers yourself..(IE) 100k asking price..1st offer 60k, 2st 70k, 3 is 80k. Also is the realtor showing you the house the listing realtor.. If so he is looking out for the seller,, I saved my SIL almost 75k on her house.. Look at it like a high $$ flea market. they say no on your best offer just walk.. lots of deals on houses now but you have to be firm. My realtor pal (he has owned over 100 homes but now has 65) rule of thumb look at 10 to 20 before you find one.. Always low ball,,Always.. When you find the right house & the motivated seller,,, BOOM you are a home owner. Never let anyone push you, They are good at it thats how they make the big bucks.... I thought it was next Saturday, I got a wedding to goto on the 21st.
